Simple menu, simple checkout. By far one of the best online checkout processes I have had. I believe the upsale menu is set up by the restaurant but having those extras listed makes adding sides a snap.

Food tasted great! ABOVE & BEYOND CUSTOMER SERVICE! Placed order online for pick at specific time, it had a special seafood allergy concern order with it. They called to make sure they understood the comment I left and asked if I needed any additional things to be done for the person with the allergy. Called me when order was ready for pick up so I did not have to wait at all and order was ready 15 minutes early at that!

I've never used it for delivery, but for ordering carry-out the user-interface is easy, no extra steps, the menu layout is simple, I could find everything I was looking for, and they have every payment option under the sun from google pay to paypal, making every step easy.
